STAINED GLASS: COPPER FOIL This stained glass method was popularized by L.C. Tiffany at the turn of the century. Learn the basic techniques of cutting glass, applying copper foil and soldering. You can choose from a variety of patterns to create an 8’”x 10”panel with 10 to 15 pieces of colored glass. Saturday, 9:000 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., March 6, 13, 20, 27, 2021. Taught by Molly Fiegel. MOSAIC STEPPING STONES
In this two session class, students will create a stepping stone using a combination of nipped and precut glass. In the first class, students will choose a design and glue their glass tiles to a precast stone. In the second class, stones will be grouted. Glass cutting and other uses for mosaic techniques will also be discussed. Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., April 10, 17, 2021. Taught by Molly Fiegel.
