Who We Are: Village Glass Works was established in 1976, making it Columbia's oldest continuously operating stained glass studio. Examples of our work are found throughout the city and in many other towns and cities across the state and the country.
Services: In addition to custom stained glass, we specialize in the repair and restoration of stained and leaded glass windows and lamps, in slumping, bending and fusing glass in the kiln, in decorative sandblasting and in the sale of tools and supplies to the glass professional and the hobbyist.
Classes are available in glass bead making, copper foil, lead came, fusing and mosaics.
Art: We carry stained glass panels, mosaics, fused glass plates, jewelry and wind chimes, unique torch worked beads, pendants, paperweights, vessels, sculpture and marbles. Artists currently represented at Village Glass Works include Molly and Susie Fiegel, Eric Brunson, Sarah Friskey, Shawn Palmer, Kelly Melegrito, Justin McMillen, Minna Koonse, Jacob Carter, Ron James and Rosie Stauder.
